Matthew has been diving for 21 years and a PADI instructor for 14 years, previously working in Indonesia, The Philippines, Malaysia, Honduras, Dominica, Greece, and the UK.

Matthew loves underwater photography and sharing his passion for diving and marine conservation. He has been a site manager on marine expeditions for several years.
Sara Carlson
Owner & PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer

Sara has been captivated by the ocean since she was very young and learned to dive during a conservation expedition in Mozambique in 2009, where she fell in love with SCUBA immediately.

She has taught reef ecology courses in Indonesia, Mexico, Honduras, Dominica, and Greece, and became a PADI professional in 2013. She has been a site manager on marine expeditions for several years.

Seva grew up in Suva, the capital of Fiji but has lived for many years on land owned by his family near the village of Viani on Natewa Bay.

He has been a boat captain with Ocean Ventures for two years where his knowledge of the local area and reefs is invaluable.
